Design follows function

We consciously construct our hotmelt application machines and coating systems in a very open, robust design without any gimmicks.

Focus is particularly placed on the good accessibility of all components. This simplifies maintenance on one hand and ensures that all process steps can be viewed on the other hand.

Adhesive application machines with scraper technology


The original since 1969! The 'thermos' are the core of our systems and have also proved their worth as standalone solutions in simple, manually guided applications.


The principle of the scraper technology has not changed significantly since it was developed. Our know-how in manufacturing and applying this technology most certainly has, though. We have been able to continuously expand this and constantly increase efficiency in using the scraper technology.

Adhesive application machines with dosing roller technology

Dosing roller technology is the 'second arrow in our quiver' and the alternative to our scraper technology, because sometimes you just need a little more.


The dosing roller technology is used whenever adhesive is only needed in one viscosity range or when the application quantity is more important than consistent coating thicknesses and weights during adhesive application. Naturally, the full range of services is also available with this technology - as you have come to expect from H&H.

Adhesive application machine with melting tank adjustment
B05 TH1020 Baender
Description
In the model series 05 application machine with melting tank adjustment (BV), the material gap is adapted to the material by adjusting the application head. This model series is particularly suitable for coating large-format substrates in systems. The B05 is available as standard with application widths of 650 to 1,300 mm.

B24 TH650 PU IVS
Description
Model series 24. A symbiosis of a classic thermo and application machine with melting tank adjustment. The material gap is adapted by adjusting the melting tank. The model series 24 application machine can therefore be integrated into systems even without a substructure and a pressure roller.


As with the classic, there is no disturbing guide column on the front side due to the single-sided mounting of the melting tank with application widths up to 650 mm. This application machine forms a compact unit together with an integrated and networked premelter.
